MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Maintain and repair production equipment while supporting all departments to provide quality machined parts for customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Maintains and assigns production machine uptime.
- Performs continuous improvements in department.
- Completes PM’s per maintenance department specs.
- Informs Maintenance Technician Lead or Shift Managers of down machines.
- Fills out parts request for any parts needed.
- Completes daily checks (if not completed by previous shift, next shift is responsible).
- Performs torque and leak tester verification procedures.
- Fills MP2 for all work done.
- Communicates with shift Maintenance Technician Lead on work priorities and end of shift follow-up.
- Communicates with incoming/outgoing maintenance technicians on problems/issues encountered during working shift.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance, in accordance with scheduled work hours, and overtime (OT) as assigned.
- Meets all physical and environmental requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
Certifications/Licenses: Electrical training, Lockout/Tagout, Fork Truck, Aerial Lift, Arc Flash, Programmable Logic Control.
Experience: Six months or more related experience.
Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment.
