CNC SET UP TECHNICIAN – 2ND SHIFT
Location: Henderson, Kentucky
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3pm-11pm
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with CNC machines and making sure everything runs smoothly? Join our team as a Set Up Technician and play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently while delivering high-quality products to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and start CNC machines following established procedures.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Perform tool changes, fixture alignments, and machine offsets.
- Work closely with Quality Control and teammates to solve dimensional or surface issues.
- Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other technicians and leaders across shifts for smooth hand-offs.
- Jump in to help team members meet production goals and keep output strong.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of CNC operator experience (non-manual CNC, Fanuc controls).
- Experience with CNC/lathe adjustments.
- Robotic training a plus.
- Prior experience with Fuji, RoboDrill, or Makino equipment preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
