COMPOUND MAINTENCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications

• MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECH IS REQUIRED.

• Demonstrated experience as an industrial maintenance technician

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot plastic extrusion equipment and other equipment as problems occur • Perform work on facility and other equipment such as loading docks, HVAC equipment

• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions

• Welding and fabrication skills for repairing or modifying equipment as needed.

• Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision • Basic electrical experience is a must, 2 years minimum- REQUIRED

• Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels. • Ability to troubleshoot 480vac/240vac 3phase power distribution

• Ability to troubleshoot machine controls, 24v systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems • Perform simple machinist duties

• Repair/replace parts, test and make adjustments to equipment • Comply with all of company work and safety rules

• Duties and shift are subjected to change on short notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
