MAINTENANCE MECHANIC – 2nd SHIFT
This hourly, non-exempt position is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility machinery and equipment while supporting all departments to provide quality die-castings for customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery
- Installs and relocates facility equipment and machinery
- Completes daily maintenance work orders and repair logs
- Diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues.
- Troubleshoots using PLC logic and HMI controls.
- Uses hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Uses 480V 3-phase electrical circuits.
- Performs general welding and fabrication.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance, in accordance with scheduled work hours, and overtime(OT) as assigned.
- Meets all physical and environmental requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Certifications/License: Industrial Maintenance Certification preferred; Powered Industrial Equipment certification.
Experience: One year maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
