We are looking for dependable talent with excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills to fill our challenging positions. Starting Hourly Rate $23.74
Additional Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) payout of 4% quarterly
Up to 8% Quarterly Gainsharing Payout
Employees work a DuPont shift schedule, which includes 12-hour shifts with rotating days and nights. This schedule also requires availability to work weekends, holidays, etc.
After an initial onboarding period, the Entry Level new hires immediately begin a state-of-the-art training and certification program to allow potential advancement to higher position and increased wages.
The ideal candidates will have on-the-job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work; excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem solving skills; a minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, previous mobile equipment experience is preferred, working knowledge of standard administrative duties (typing, Word, Excel, etc.), able to lift 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis, willing to cross train in other areas and skills to enhance capabilities.
