QUALITY OPERATOR – 3RD SHIFT (COMAC PLANT)
Make an impact where quality matters.
We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Operator to help ensure every product we ship meets the highest standards. In this role, you’ll play a key part in protecting our customers and our reputation by inspecting machined die cast parts and supporting production teams on the floor.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Perform final and in-process inspections using control plans.
- Identify defects and initiate containment actions when needed.
- Support production teams with quality checks and best practices.
- Help train operators on inspection methods, safe work habits, and basic equipment use.
- Verify proper documentation, labels, and workstation standards.
- Communicate issues quickly to operators and leadership.
- Step in to support team coverage during breaks and downtime.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6+ months of quality-related experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills (percentages, measurements, etc.).
- Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes.
- Comfortable using computers and manufacturing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (forklift) certification.
Work Environment
- 3rd Shift position.
- Overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Active, hands-on role in a manufacturing setting.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Hands-on role in a hot manufacturing environment requiring standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working with tools and machinery.
- Safety is a top priority, and proper PPE is always required.
